Sub: The undersigned villagers making an earnest request to to provide Justice to the helpless innocent villagers who are moving from day to night here and there scaring the behavior of the police, instead  of providing justice taking the law and order on their hand being influenced by the local rulling party leaders and harassing the poor villagers and their family members.

Respected Sir,
We the following undersigned  villagers of Pitatali village under the Tahasil of Chikit and under the jurisdiction of Golanthara Police Station, Ganjam District of Odisha most humbly writing these few lines to draw your kind attention and consideration as well as to provide the justice and favourable order as follows :

It is pertinent to mention hereto that villagers are suffering from mental and financial agony and also form physical trauma which just can not be thinkable in its widest dream even possible and the concerned local police entangling false cases to the family members of the poor villagers and harassing them of no fault. The  villagers have reported when and after sustaining trauma, apathy caused seriously by the local rulling party leaders and their hooligan supporters  to the concerned police, and the higher district police officer’s. But in vain, the cause is best known to them. Finding no other way, lastly they have conjointly decided to bring to the notice of your highness with a positive hope that they shall get rid of the ill treatment of police officials  as well as from the hardcore behavior of the local leaders and their henchmen.

It is evident that on 2nd March 2012 in the evening a heinous  crime  has been committed  by the rulling party leaders like A.Ranga Rao,K.Narsingh Murty and S.Iraswamy and their henchmen ransacked  the house articles of the villagers after getting inside their houses and also bitten the inmates of the house and they have also not spared the young lady as well as old man, women and children.During the mischief they have also tried to outrage  the modesty of the lady and woman in presence of the police those have been deployed in order to maintain harmony. The police officers have just left themselves  as good spectators which is against the human value and the rights that has been conferred under the constitution.

Under the circumstances most humbly the villagers pray that your highness shall make an immediate probe into the matter and provide the justice to the poor villagers  and settle them in the village in the larger interest of equity and justice.
 Yours' Faithfully
